Introducing Kulcha News

// April 17th, 2007 // Interesting, News // 3,842 views

I happened to stumble upon the Kulcha News blog a week ago, and have since been gripped by the chilling accounts of paramedics tending to accident scenes around the country.

Basically, the site it dedicated to featuring news reports (with pictures) directly from accident and other rescue incidents.

News is often fresh from the scene, for example the story about the recent robbery inside the Fourways mall was posted mere minutes after gunmen opened fire with automatic rifles.

Currently most stories are from the Johannesburg area, although more regional stories are surfacing as well.

According to the site:

“Kulcha News provides you with up to date news on accidents and events by paramedics who attend to them. Most reports and pictures are provided with the kind courtesy of Netcare 911, ER24 and the NSRI.”

It’s gripping, gross, enticing, shocking, informative, weird and wonderful all in one….definitely one I’ve been keeping an eye on, in my feed reader of choice.

**Maybe not for the feint hearted though**
