   Jis Angel, I think it simply one that the vanity plate people give you when you order one of these things. Fortunately I cannot speak from experience, so I’m not too sure. Masybe bigric can shed some light?

   not sure about the sticker thing.
   they give it to you when you get your plates.
   maybe it’s law?
   maybe it’s for when you use your normal plates and take the vanities off.?

   I suppose you could stick it to your bicycle.

   so… in order to put the little sticker on a bicycle… do you get a bicycle with the custom plate and the sticker?
   i mean- what if you don’t have a bicycle?
   will you be allowed to stick it on your skateboard instead?
