Sony Ericsson P990i

// June 8th, 2006 // Tech // 4,435 views

For some reason I am convinced I blogged this earlier this month, but somehow the post disappeared…

Anyhow, here it is again, maybe just in a more condensed version. The Sony Ericsson P990i is about to hit our shores and it seems like a worthy upgrade to the P910i.

Connectivity includes Wifi, 3G, UMTS, GPRS and Bluetooth Stereo (which enables you to transmit high quality stereo music from phone to headset and other devices).

Funky features include an RSS reader, RDS Radio, a 2 megapixel camera with 2.5x digital zoom and a business card scanner. It sports the latest version of the Opera internet browser, which means full function internet surfing and blog updating.

The only other marked difference is that the QWERTY keyboard has moved from the flip to a fixed position under the screen. I can’t wait.

    You did blog bout it… and it was GONE when i wanted to comment. I had the P900 and it served me well, i never upgraded to the P910 as I didnt like the keys on the flip (shallow)… but this one without the flip looks purrrrrfect!

    u think we could get a bulk discount if we order together? LOL
