The Superficial noted that Paris Hilton had some difficulty walking after a crazy night out on the town again. Note the bodyguard “supporting” her – not sure if he was holding the up Paris or just her breasts? At least he got a chance to cop a feel. Some more pictures of her falling down too.

Maybe someday we will have the opportunity to post pictures of Paris in a sober state, but then it won’t really be news will it?
