The crew on the Star Ship Enterprise faced this dilemma quite often, when Captain Kirk wanted to get more juice out of his starship, but alas all that Scotty could do was to respond, “I’m giving her all she’s got Cap’in, I can’t make her go any faster.”

A power failure has crippled the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. Yay for a loss of productivity. Not so good now that the workload is heaping up with every passing minute.

Not even the Jolly Roger is open for business. How our lives are so dependant on electricity. Now where is today Business Report for a dose of Soduku to kill the time?

We has a power failure in our main street on Saturday. Alas it mend that know one could watch the rugby at the local pub. Or buy lotto tickets or airtime. But it was sorted out quickly and a major disaster was averted.
