Got Me A PS2 With Gran Turismo 4

// April 30th, 2005 // 9 Comments » // General

Finally decided to get me one of these little babies this week and it’s been bloodshot eyes, and sore fingers ever since.

Mine came bundled with Gran Turismo 4, which is quite an awesome game. Bare in mind through that this is all new to me, so I haven’t a clue what to compare it to, apart from the PC versions.

Some nice features of the slimmed down Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) is that it is roughly 75% smaller in volume than its predecessor and measures only 2.8 cm thick. It is also equipped with an integrated Ethernet port for network gaming.

For those with a thing for bling, rumours (and pictures) have it that the silver one is on its way.

Thanks to Engadget for loads of pictures of the black PS2.

Now to figure out which of the other games are worthwhile acquiring. Currently my collection includes Grand Turismo 4, Rugby 2005, Tekken 4, Conflict Desert Storm II and some less intense games, Trivial Pursuit unhinged and Crash Nitro Kart.

Any other suggestions? Is Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory any good?

Vida Fever

Seems everyone has Vida Guerra fever at the moment.

Her phone was hacked and the pictures leaked, she appeared in sexy see-through lingerie, loves wearing thongs, was FHM’s 2003 Girl of the Year, appeared in other calendars, and was filmed in a hot tub.

All in a day’s work for, what is currently, the hottest ass around.

Bless her errrm… soul.

Worst Job?

Do you sometimes feel like this?

Incidentally I don’t, I love what I do. I love waking up in the morning feeling today is another step in my quest to conquer the world!!

PS: This has nothing to do with Pinky & the Brain, however his quest is quite apt.

I do think though that this must be one of the worst jobs ever…

If Bling Is Yo Thing

What to pistol magazines, car wheels and Margaret Thatcher have in common? They’re all mags and they all feature on a relatively new SA blog, Pimp Doggin’.

The blog hails from P-town and features a bit of Jenna Jameson every now and again, which is not a bad thing.

So if bling is yo thing, use yo noggin’ and visit Pimp Doggin’!

Peace!

Thanks to ChumpStyle for the link.

Updated: The author is from P-town not Durbz – My bad. (Thanks Wez)
