As you all know by now, the Johannesburg chapter of the 2005 SA Blog Awards ceremony will be held tomorrow (Thursday, 17 March 2005) at Cool Runnings in Melville from 19h00 onwards. The guys from Jo’blog are organising it and just informed us that they now need to make a booking.

So I phoned to RSVP, expecting to be greeted by the hold music, only to find D’ave answering the phone. Wondered if it was a recording or not….a moment of silence….and then the realisation that it was not. I felt like a tit.

Guess we’ll laugh about it tomorrow night.

PS: Sam does sound hot, par for the scratchy connection.
